 Automatic burning device exclusive for electric kiln. Automatic burning devices have been sold by the name of ‘Burning device by computer’, but they were mostly industrial ones and their operation was rather too difficult for amateurs. In SFK020/SOK032, liquid crystal controls panel not only allows much easier operation, but, by subdividing the steps in one program(100 steps, 10 times as many as normal ones), is capable of the use for research.
Also, since this unit has the function of both raising and lowering the temperature, it can be used for some others than ceramic products like for cooling large glass products.
As for SOK032, we developed the liquid crystal driver by ourselves and compacted liquid crystal panel, controls and sensor part in one unit, making it possible to graph the contents of program and the actual burn data.
Temperature Data Logger
Out of the necessity to restore and analyze the burn data, Temperature Data Logger, software, was developed to take up the burn data into personal computers of Windows’ group and analyze it. Sampling speed is between 15 seconds and 1 minute. Capable of 20 days recording at maximum. Detected data is immediately graphed, and can be amplified, contracted and compared with the previous data.
Meanwhile, this device can be connected to SFK020・AN5500. In case of using independently, optional amplifier/converter is needed. |
